Payment Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment
Pay via PayPal. But PayPal also allows you to pay with your credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.
If you choose self-collection, you can choose to pay by cash, NETS or credit cards upon self-collection.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
This policy covers only those items bought at our online store.
How To Return/ Exchange An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned/ exchanged, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return/ exchange the item within 7 days of purchase.
1. Please email tiongplumbingconstruction@gmail.com to request a refund/ exchange and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return/ exchange and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
All sales items and items purchased using discount coupons cannot be returned.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
You may also request for an exchange. In this case, you will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay the return shipping fee.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
